PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Purchases of products sold through the site https://atlanticsped.com/ can be made by site visitors.
By ordering products, the customer accepts these Terms of Purchase.
It will be considered that the contract between the Merchant and the Buyer has been concluded by the confirmation of the order by the Merchant.
SHOPPING
Purchases can be made by site visitors by entering the required information – name, surname, address, contact phone, contact e-mail.
Since the product is freight, there are no shipping costs.
CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinars (RSD). The exchange rate (middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia) is used for the informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment for an order made through the website https://atlanticsped.com/ can be made with payment cards or payment to a current account.
The invoice will be delivered to the customer’s e-mail address.
ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT
After sending the order by the Customer, the status of order processing begins. During the processing, a notification on order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address, as well as access parameters for registration to the address: https://atlanticsped.com/my-account/.
In case of any ambiguities or problems related to the order, the Buyer may contact the Merchant without delay.
Access to the purchased product is granted by the Merchant to the Buyer after the Buyer delivers the confirmation of payment to the Merchant to the email address [email protected], and no later than the date specified in the order confirmation.

PRICES

We would like to inform our esteemed customers that they can file complaints about the purchased virtual products electronically via our website at [email protected].
The buyer has the right to object to the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase, and in the situation when he made the payment, he sent a confirmation of payment and did not receive access within the period specified in the order confirmation.
Upon expiration of the specified period, the buyer loses the right to file a complaint.
The validity of the request for complaint is determined by the authorized employee, and notifies the Buyer within 7 days from the date of receipt.

We collect only the necessary, basic data on customers / users and data necessary for business informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. All user / customer data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to do their job. All employees of Atlantic sped d.o.o. are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy.
PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA
When typing in the payment card data, confidential information are transmitted by means of public network in the protected (cryptic) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most- up-to-date technology. The security of data when making purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Chip Card ad Belgrade,, thus the complete process of collection is performed on the Chip Card’s site. The data on the payment card are at no moment available to our system.
In case it is required to return the funds of the collected funds to the customer, in full or partially, regardless of the reason for the return, (www.atlanticsped.com) shall return the funds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro method of payment, which means that the Chip Card/Bank will refund requested amount to the customer’s account, following a request of the Merchant.

Who takes responsibility in case of emergencies?
In case of extraordinary events, the company “Atlantic sped” Ltd. takes responsibility for the goods from the moment of loading the goods to the moment of unloading the goods, and everything is regulated by supporting documents with CMR insurance of 100,000 EUR.
