By ordering products, the customer accepts these Terms of Purchase.

It will be considered that the contract between the Merchant and the Buyer has been concluded by the confirmation of the order by the Merchant.

Since the product is freight, there are no shipping costs.


All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinars (RSD). The exchange rate (middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia) is used for the informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.


Payment for an order made through the website https://atlanticsped.com/ can be made with payment cards or payment to a current account.

The invoice will be delivered to the customer’s e-mail address.


After sending the order by the Customer, the status of order processing begins. During the processing, a notification on order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address, as well as access parameters for registration to the address: https://atlanticsped.com/my-account/.

In case of any ambiguities or problems related to the order, the Buyer may contact the Merchant without delay.

Access to the purchased product is granted by the Merchant to the Buyer after the Buyer delivers the confirmation of payment to the Merchant to the email address [email protected], and no later than the date specified in the order confirmation.

The buyer has the right to object to the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase, and in the situation when he made the payment, he sent a confirmation of payment and did not receive access within the period specified in the order confirmation.

Upon expiration of the specified period, the buyer loses the right to file a complaint.

The validity of the request for complaint is determined by the authorized employee, and notifies the Buyer within 7 days from the date of receipt.

What does that transport mean?

Road transport of goods means the transport of goods from point A to point B for full truck transport.

We perform exclusively full truck transport of goods.

Full truck transport includes:

  • Maximum weight of the load – 24t
  • Maximum number of pallets (120x80x280) – 33 EUR pallets
  • Maximum volume – 94m3


  • The price of transportation is fixed and does not affect the capacity of the truck.

  • We don’t do customs clearance of goods.

Which products are allowed for transport?

All products are allowed except products that are subject to a cooling regime (frozen program), ADR (hazardous substances) and narcotics.

Who takes responsibility in case of emergencies?

In case of extraordinary events, the company “Atlantic sped” Ltd. takes responsibility for the goods from the moment of loading the goods to the moment of unloading the goods, and everything is regulated by supporting documents with CMR insurance of 100,000 EUR.
